He provides comprehensive advice on matters including formation and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, real estate, land use and zoning, and intellectual property. He draws on his background in corporate finance, and as a small business owner himself, to provide practical guidance to fellow entrepreneurs. 

Brian is also experienced in estate planning, including wills, trusts, and “reverse” estate planning—undoing planning that no longer meets a client’s needs, such as private settlement agreements and court-approved modification of irrevocable trusts.
