Chrissy, a Shareholder at BHMK, is a family law attorney dedicated to guiding clients through divorce, custody, and other domestic relations and juvenile court matters with skill, strategy, and compassion, throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Chrissy regularly handles high-asset and complex divorce cases, including matters involving business interests and significant marital estates. She also represents clients in custody, parenting, and child support disputes, with a focus on achieving practical and cost-effective resolutions, and handles dependency, neglect, and abuse cases.

A trained collaborative law professional, Chrissy offers clients an alternative to traditional litigation through the collaborative divorce process, helping families transition respectfully to minimize emotional and financial strain. She is a strong advocate in the courtroom when necessary but prioritizes solutions that preserve family relationships and reduce conflict.

In addition to her family law practice, Chrissy maintains a general litigation practice, representing clients in state and federal courts throughout the tri-state. Before joining BHMK Law in 2019, she practiced at an international Am Law 100 firm.
