David understands the sensitive nature of divorce, custody, and child support cases, especially the impact that litigation has on the children involved. David zealously advocates for his clients and works tirelessly to solve complex family legal problems to overcome impasses and avoid costly litigation if possible. However, litigation is sometimes unavoidable, and David utilizes his thousands of hours of courtroom experience to staunchly advocate for his clients in Court.

David is not afraid to take on complicated probate cases. David has fought and will continue to fight to protect elderly persons and their rightful beneficiaries and hold those who do harm to our most vulnerable citizens accountable.

David also creates custom, cost-effective estate plans for clients, such as drafting wills, trusts, health care directives, and financial powers that are in line with his clients’ goals and objectives. He is willing to meet with clients outside of the office at a time and place convenient for them.

David is a lifelong Tristate resident who joined BHMK in 2015. Prior to joining BHMK, David practiced estate planning, probate, and family law at a mid-sized Cincinnati law firm. Prior to that, he owned and operated his own general law practice with a concentration on family law, criminal law, estate planning, and probate matters.
