Bob represents families, individuals, and their businesses in the areas of estate planning, trust and probate administration, and planning for and managing their privately held businesses.

His practice of business law has provided substantial experience in business law and the various entities which owners form to achieve their goals. He has substantial experience in employment law, primarily representing employers but also assisting employees, and has served on the Labor and Employment Law Section Council of the Ohio State Bar Association.

His years of practice have also provided to him extensive experience in real estate transactions, both residential and commercial, and he represents project owners in contractual matters and dispute resolution.
