Zach is an experienced franchise and business attorney who provides comprehensive legal counsel to entrepreneurs, franchisors, and growing companies nationwide. Zach advises both emerging and established franchisors throughout the full lifecycle of franchise development, from structuring franchise systems and drafting Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and franchise agreements, to regulatory compliance, system expansion, and dispute resolution. He also represents franchisees, providing clear and proactive counsel on agreement reviews, negotiations, and ongoing operational matters to support long-term success within franchise systems

In addition to franchising, Zach serves as outside counsel to businesses of all sizes, supporting clients with entity formation, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection, and general corporate governance. Zach is a cum laude graduate of the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and is admitted to the Ohio Bar. After completing his Comparative Humanities degree at Eastern Kentucky University, Zach began a career in the telecommunications industry.
