Zachary B. Bottom, Esq.

Zach is an experienced franchise and business lawyer who joins BHMK as a Franchise and Business Attorney to help businesses, both large and small, achieve their expansion goals.

Zach is a cum laude graduate of the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and is admitted to the Ohio Bar.  After completing his Comparative Humanities degree at Eastern Kentucky University, Zach began a career in the telecommunications industry. 

Zach continued his passion for serving business clients into a legal career at Chase, where he focused his studies in business and corporate law.  While he finds great fulfillment in helping organizations to achieve business goals, Zach also spent time during law school providing pro bono assistance to the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy.

Zach is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State and Northern Kentucky Bar Associations.  Away from the office, Zach loves spending time with friends, family and his dogs Heidi and Jasper. An avid traveler, Zach has lived abroad in both Finland and Sweden and loves travelling and exploring new parts of the world.
