David Miller Esq.

David understands the sensitive nature of divorce, custody, and child support cases, especially the impact that litigation has on the children involved. David zealously advocates for his clients and works tirelessly to solve complex family legal problems to overcome impasses and avoid costly litigation if possible. However, litigation is sometimes unavoidable, and David utilizes his thousands of hours of courtroom experience to stanchly advocate for his clients in Court, achieving many successful outcomes for them.

Meet David Miller

David is not afraid to take on complicated probate cases. In fact, he is one of the first referrals that Pro Seniors, an elder legal advocacy nonprofit, makes in such situations. Unfortunately, there has been a tremendous increase in the number of instances of unscrupulous individuals taking financial advantage of elderly persons with dementia and other cognitive difficulties. David has fought and will continue to fight to protect elderly persons and their rightful beneficiaries and hold those who do harm to our most vulnerable citizens accountable.

David also creates custom estate plans for clients, such as drafting wills, trusts, health care directives, and financial powers that are in line with his clients’ goals and objectives. He utilizes his probate litigation experience to counsel clients on the pitfalls of not having an estate plan or an out of date one. He is willing to meet with clients outside of the office at a time and place that is convenient for them. Finally, David is involved with the Automotive Service Association of Ohio, counseling automotive repair shops on legal compliance issues and advocating on behalf of collision and automotive repair shops to recover accounts receivable from insurance companies and others.

David is a lifelong Tristate resident who joined BHMK in 2015. Prior to joining BHMK, David practiced estate planning, probate, and family law at a mid-sized Cincinnati law firm. Prior to that, he owned and operated his own general law practice with a concentration on family law, criminal law, and estate planning and probate matters.
