Mark has represented public and private companies in the areas of corporate and business law with concentrations in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, securities law and board of directors/corporate governance.
He represents companies in structuring and negotiating merger, acquisition and joint venture transactions; assists emerging business and investors in venture capital financings and private placements of equity and debt securities; represents issuers in initial public offerings and subsequent offerings and advises them on securities law compliance; consults with both public and private companies on board of directors, board of advisors, fiduciary duty and related corporate governance matters; and assists in shareholder and owner disputes.
