He has substantial expertise in land use, zoning, eminent domain, condemnation, tax valuation, construction, condominium, and misrepresentation disputes. He also handles commercial, personal injury, probate, trust, estate and other complex civil litigation.

Peter serves clients in trials and appeals before state and local administrative and legislative bodies, and in the state and federal courts of Ohio and Kentucky.
