Peter represents business owners, developers, property owners, individuals, and families, primarily in the areas of real estate and civil litigation. He has substantial expertise in land use, zoning, eminent domain, inverse condemnation, tax valuation, construction, condominium, and misrepresentation disputes. He also handles commercial, personal injury, probate, trust, estate and other complex civil litigation.
Peter serves clients in trials and appeals before state and local administrative and legislative bodies, and in the state and federal courts of Ohio and Kentucky.
Peter is the President of the Friends of Music Hall (FMH).
