The new Officers of the firm will comprise an Executive Committee of BHMK and have primary responsibility for the vision, operations, and finances of the firm. However, all partners of the firm remain and will be making the move with BHMK to its new office space. Further announcements regarding exciting developments in 2018 will be forthcoming and we look forward to continuing to serve our clients in the closely held business, small business, and family business sector, seeking to provide cost efficient and effective solutions to those clients from start-up through succession planning.
