Edward's practice is primarily focused on the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, and business disputes. His considerable litigation experience allows him to efficiently and thoroughly counsel his clients through all stages of litigation, including pre-suit negotiations and counseling, pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, alternative dispute resolutions, and trial. He prides himself on seeking the most effective legal solution while always keeping his client's best interests as the top priority.

In addition to employment law, commercial litigation, and business disputes, Edward also handles legal matters involving business formation, business ownership, and personal injury.
